Application feature contract (L16)#

The ten-part normative contract is form-app.md. It covers the existing bare and explicit grammar, left association, checking, core expansion, erasure, diagnostics, formatting, migration, fixtures, and compatibility.

The library contract is APPLICATION.mdFocused guides · explanationApplication formsApplication syntax, grouping, associativity, and diagnostics.: Std.Function owns stdCompose and stdPipe, with the piped value last. Composition laws, native effect traces, and a swapped-order negative control live under tests/language/application/. CanonicalChecker.alpha executes the Alpha parser/checker for both editions; its wrong-expectation companion returns failure for a deliberately incorrect expected result.

This contract does not itself certify the whole-tree compatibility gate. Qualification and publication status are recorded in WORK-LOG.md.
