Feature contract: f32-less-than — SurfaceF32LessThan → floatComparison (arity 2)#

Stub contract. This binary32 head is a DRAFT form of edition alpha-2027 (Language & Testing Evolution L13c); its behaviour is covered by the edition conformance suite tests/alpha-tests and the L12/L13 float harnesses, and this stub records it as draft-alpha-2027 (the whole checked closure and the negative corpus exercise the accepted grammar). A later chunk that CHANGES this form replaces this stub with a filled contract (the ten §5.2 items) and a form-specific suite.
