Scratch contract for Linux fstat on the maintained x86-64 and AArch64
host ABIs. The request host reserves this extent and reads st_size at 48;
recorder setup only checks the syscall result. Neither caller treats unused
bytes as observed fields. A new host ABI must establish its own translation
before using this contract, just as it must establish the fstat syscall map.
