Seven operand slots, without the trailing slots that are the zero
immediate. An omitted slot reads as the zero immediate (Runtime.
NativePhysicalNative resolves a slot past a record's stored operands to 0),
so trimming never changes an operand's value; it only drops the zero
padding most commands carry. The aligned format restores all seven.
