An executable whose image is packed (Runtime.NativePhysicalImagePlan:
ALPXLZ01, version 1, unpacked length U, packed length P, then P bytes of LZ
sequences) unpacks it once, before anything else runs, into the pages after
the file's last page: the load segment reserves them (Compiler.ELF). They
are writable while they are written and read+execute afterwards, never
both. Every literal and match is bounded by the stream and by U; a match's
distance reaches at most back to the first unpacked byte; the output must
be exactly U. Then R15 addresses the unpacked image and execution continues
exactly as for an image stored in place. RSP is untouched (process arguments
are read relative to it). Registers: RBX source, R8 source end, R14 output
start, RDI output, R9 output end, R10 mapped length, RCX token, RDX a
length, RAX/RSI/R11 scratch.
