The repeat-frame scratch layout (nativePhysicalRepeatScratchBytes and its
offsets) is part of the interpreter memory ABI in Runtime.NativePhysicalMemory,
so admission, reservations and both interpreters share one calculation.
The x86 realization adds this extent with a signed 32-bit immediate.
Reject before truncating that encoding; the bound is an ISA field limit,
not a guessed stack capacity or a resource promise about a particular host.
