Linux x86-64 System V: RDI destination, RSI byte extent, RDX contract
version. Only caller-saved registers are used. Initialize once at process
birth, before the first event; rotating a spool must not call this again.
One getrandom(GRND_NONBLOCK) call; failure, interruption, short reads or
zero identities refuse publication. No PID, timestamp, deterministic seed
or userspace fallback supplies an identity. Failed entropy may have touched
destination bytes: they have no authority unless the result is zero.

Syscall 318: Linux arch/x86/entry/syscalls/syscall_64.tbl, verified against
/usr/include/x86_64-linux-gnu/asm/unistd_64.h. Other targets must lower their
own entropy acquisition. Both emitters specialize TelemetryIdentityRoutine.
