ALPHATEL v2 capture batches reuse the maintained frame and SHA-256 owner.
The identity field contains the four binary AOS identities. Header sequence
is the batch ordinal; counters are the capture control snapshot. Payload is
the prior published source sequence followed by occupied ordinary/reserved
records, each carrying its original source sequence and eight exact u64s.
Monotonic bytes are zero by contract and mean ABSENT, never measured zero.
Status 0 keeps the producer open; 1 declares no further capture records.
This says nothing about the workload's success or a device's clock.
The compiler supplied declaration spans and resolved links from this source snapshot. This page does not assert that this file belongs to a checked closure.
