A limit the parser or renderer checks a size against. `JSONBoundAtMost n`
allows values up to and including n; `JSONBoundBelowTwoPower bits` allows
values below 2^bits WITHOUT ever building 2^bits -- a runtime natural costs
about 164 bytes per unit of magnitude (measured 2026-09-16: 2^24 is 2.75 GB,
2^63 cannot exist), so the old Nat limits of 2^24 and 2^20 were an
out-of-memory the first time a real document met them (the 593 KB tokenizer
JSON). A bound is compared with jsonBoundAllows.
